Wholesale return eligibility

Wholesale sales are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We will review requests involving an incorrect item supplied by us, a quantity shortage, visible transit damage or a product that is dead on arrival. Approval is required before any item is sent back.

Reporting an issue

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at 88700 63227. Share the invoice number, model and serial number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video where available. Delayed reports may need to be handled under the manufacturer warranty instead of as a delivery claim.

Return condition

Approved returns must include the original product, serial-number labels, box, accessories, manuals and invoice copy. Products that are physically damaged after delivery, altered, installed incorrectly, missing parts or returned without approval may be rejected.

Resolution

After inspection, an eligible claim may be resolved through replacement, correction of the shortage, repair, credit note or refund, depending on stock, manufacturer policy and the nature of the issue. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; banking timelines may apply.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty coverage, period and service process vary by brand and product. Manufacturer warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, electrical damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, consumables or software and data. We will assist with the applicable authorised-service process where possible.

Order cancellation

Cancellation may be considered before procurement, invoicing or dispatch. Special-order, customised, price-locked or already-dispatched wholesale orders cannot normally be cancelled. Any approved cancellation costs will be explained before processing.
