Order and dispatch confirmation

Every wholesale order is checked for stock, quantity, invoice details and destination before dispatch. The expected dispatch date, freight charge and delivery method will be shown in the confirmed quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery area and freight

We arrange delivery within serviceable locations in Tamil Nadu and may support other destinations on request. Freight, insurance, handling and local delivery charges depend on order size, weight, value and destination. Free-delivery promotions apply only when specifically included in the written quotation.

Transport and delivery

Orders may be sent through our local delivery team, a courier or a transport partner. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by supplier delays, holidays, weather, transport disruption or remote-area serviceability. We will share available tracking or transport details after dispatch.

Receiving the shipment

Please count all packages and check seals and outer cartons before acknowledging delivery. Record visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Keep the original box, labels and packing material until the goods have been checked.

Store pickup

Approved orders may be collected from Varnathertham, Near Indian Bank, Harur, Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu – 636903. Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, after we confirm that the order is ready. The person collecting may be asked for the order reference and business identification.
