Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Wholesale customers

Products on this website are offered to dealers, resellers, offices, institutions and other business buyers. By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is for business, resale or institutional use and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Quotations, prices and minimum quantities

Wholesale prices can depend on quantity, stock, brand schemes and market conditions. A minimum order quantity or case-pack quantity may apply. Website prices are indicative until the order, applicable GST, delivery charge and availability are confirmed in writing by Harur Computers.

3. Order acceptance

Submitting a cart or enquiry is a request to purchase and does not by itself create an accepted order. An order is accepted only when we issue a written confirmation or tax invoice and receive the agreed payment. We may correct genuine pricing, stock or specification errors before acceptance.

4. GST invoice and buyer information

A tax invoice will be issued with the details required for the transaction. GST-registered buyers must provide the correct legal name, billing address, GSTIN and place of supply before invoicing. The buyer is responsible for checking these details; invoice changes after dispatch may not be possible.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the method stated in the confirmed quotation or checkout. Credit terms apply only when separately approved in writing by Byte Size Electronics. Orders may be held or cancelled if payment is not received within the quoted validity period.

6. Product information and availability

Images are illustrative. Buyers should verify the exact model code, configuration, compatibility, warranty and included accessories before confirming an order. Equivalent revisions are supplied only with buyer approval. Stock and dispatch estimates are subject to final confirmation.

7. Delivery, inspection and acceptance

Delivery is governed by our Wholesale Shipping Policy. The buyer must inspect the quantity, model and external condition promptly after delivery and notify us of any shortage, wrong item or visible transit damage within the period stated in our Returns, Damage & Warranty Policy.

8. Cancellation, returns and warranty

Confirmed wholesale orders cannot normally be cancelled after procurement, billing or dispatch. Returns are limited to eligible wrong-item, transit-damage or dead-on-arrival cases and require approval. Manufacturer warranty is governed by the applicable brand terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Byte Size Electronics is not responsible for indirect business loss, loss of profit, data loss, installation issues or compatibility problems caused by incomplete buyer information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through written communication. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over Harur, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
