Report a wrong item, a shortage, transit damage, or a dead-on-arrival product within 48 hours of delivery, with the order reference, photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video where you have one. Do not send anything back before the shop approves the return. After inspection we replace, repair, issue a credit note, or refund. Change of mind, opened software, used ink or toner, and damage from misuse are not returnable. These limits do not remove a right that Indian law gives you.

Pickup orders should be checked at the counter before you leave.
